About MnOnk

MnOnk is an independent buying-guide site run by Soumya Roy in India. The site helps you shortlist a laptop, phone, or home appliance before you pay on Amazon.in or Flipkart.

Guides are built around one question: which model still fits the price in the title on the day we check the store page. A “best air fryer under ₹5,000” page only keeps models whose live price is under that cap.

What we actually check

• The exact model name and variant on the Amazon.in or Flipkart product page, not a similar SKU from another country.
• The street price on that page, including whether it is above the cap in the guide title.
• The store’s own star rating and rough review count, copied from that listing. We do not invent scores.
• The spec that changes the buying decision in India: RAM and storage on a laptop, tub type on a washing machine, tank size on an air cooler, filter type on a purifier.

What we do not do

We do not unbox every product in a lab, and we do not pretend a store rating is our own hands-on score. When a guide says 4.2 stars, that number came from the retailer page on the date printed in the article. Prices move during sales. Check the listing again before you pay.

We also do not publish a second article for the same search. Older overlapping guides are redirected to the current one. The method is written out on How we review.
